As many of you have read in my past blogs that I am close to being a vegetarian. Anyway, I have found the most amazing vegetarian unpretentious restaurant in Corona del Mar, Zinc Café & Market, located at 3222 E. Pacific Coast Highway. The selection is fabulous with my favorite the balsamic veggie salad. They also have a soybean salad that is unbelievable. The place has a local following and those guests in front of me seem to have their standard dishes and favorites. The outdoor patio is the perfect way to “Zen” during lunch! What is also cool about Zinc is you can place an order “to go” for parties, dinner at home, etc. A “must visit”…especially for vegetarians or those that are close to being one.
