Arguably the best view in town, 21 Oceanfront has always been a place for live entertainment, prime steaks and spectacular sunsets.  So of course I had no other choice than to head over to the Newport Pier after hearing that they just began their new happy hour!  From 4pm-6pm Sunday-Friday, you can pull up a seat in their oceanfront lounge and enjoy 50% off appetizers, $6 well drinks and house wine.  They feature Blue Ice American Vodka and Margaritaville Spirits that are sure to start off the evening in style.  After chatting with the bartender about everything from the Final Four NCAA Tournament to the upcoming Newport Beach Film Festival, I was ready to head out to a few of the other restaurants/bars that are located only a few steps away.Â
